Our products are made EXCLUSIVELY in Italy, from creation to production. We take care to always choose quality materials using as little plastic as possible to wrap and pack them.
Will I receive the same product seen in the photo?
Yes, the photos are made to replicate exactly what you will receive.
How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?
Preparation times range from 1 to a maximum of 3 working days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs in ITALY are always FREE!
Shipments to Europe take place in 2 ways:
Shipping by express courier € 12.90 ( delivery in 3/6 working days).
Standard shipping via Poste Italiane € 4.90 ( delivery in 7/21 working days).
Shipments to the Rest of the World take place in 2 ways:
Shipping via express courier € 17.90 ( delivery in 7/21 working days).
Standard shipping via Poste Italiane € 7.90 ( delivery in 14/30 working days).
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 15 days of delivery. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the goods have been received, we will make the refund.
What are the washing instructions?
It is advisable to wash the garments at a maximum temperature of 30 ° and to follow all the instructions on the product label to guarantee performance and durability.
