The contract stipulated by PRO 'line and the Customer is concluded with the acceptance - even if only partial - of the order.

Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way.

The Customer, by placing an order on www.prolineitaly.com declares to have read and fully accept the conditions transcribed below:

TRANSPORTATION FEE

You can view the transport costs on the cart page after adding the products you want to purchase.

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery area.

As regards shipments outside the national territory, it is possible to verify them after adding the complete address in the phase immediately preceding the insertion of payment data.

DELIVERY TIME

The products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure, the orders will be processed in 48/72 hours depending on the type of product. For some products, processing times may be longer.

The order fulfillment times are provided purely as an indication, they do not in any case represent a contractual obligation, and could lengthen depending on the number of requests. In case of absence of the customer at the time of delivery, a notice will be left (in case of shipment by express courier) and the customer must personally contact the carrier as soon as possible in order to agree on the delivery methods. No responsibility can be attributed to PRO 'line in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order (art.1510 CC)

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

In the event that a product is not fully or partially available, PRO 'line will promptly notify the customer. The notification of availability does not in any case represent a contractual obligation. Customer orders are fulfilled within the limits of the quantity of products available. In the event that the ordered product is not actually available, PRO 'line undertakes to provide information on the time required for the delivery of the ordered product and, at the customer's request, to return any sums advanced. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is expressly excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, or by delivery delays.

BILLING

The tax legislation for indirect electronic commerce (tangible goods) does not provide for the issuance of a receipt in the case of a private customer.

For the issuance of the invoice, or the tax receipt, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will prevail. No changes will be possible after the issuance of the fiscal document (invoice or receipt). PRO 'line asks the customer to carefully check the data entered at the time of ordering and registration, because these will be used for accounting records.

ON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

1) the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document

2) the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.

Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the words "withdrawal with reserve due to lack and / or damage of number ... packages" on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, within seven calendar days by e-mail to prolineita@gmail.com

Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven calendar days of receipt.

Any report beyond the aforementioned terms and / or through different means than indicated above, will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered and the number of packages received.

CHANGES

The conditions contained on the website www.prolineitaly.com may be modified without prior notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.prolineitaly.com

PRODUCT FEATURES AND TECHNICAL SHEETS

The www.prolineitaly.com site is constantly updated. Most of the products are photographed in our studio and the descriptions are taken directly from the manufacturers / importers, with additions, updates or omissions (based on our tests, experience or reviews from buyers) in order to provide more detail and clarity. PRO 'line's goal is to be 100% accurate but it is still possible that errors may occur in prices, photographs, descriptions, technical specifications, shipping terms, payment terms or product return terms that please report via the mail prolineita@gmail.com for an immediate correction.

If such errors are present in the products of an order in progress, we will immediately contact the customer with the possibility of canceling (with instant refund, if the payment has already been made) or to continue the purchase by evaluating any alternative solutions.
