Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the product you have purchased does not satisfy you, you can return it to the manufacturer within 14 days from the date of receipt, without having to specify the reason and without any penalty.

In order to return the product you must contact customer service at the email address communicating your rethinking.

Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will be sent the confirmation of authorization of the return and the procedure.

Once the return authorization confirmation has been received, it will be possible to proceed with the shipment of the product you want to return to the address:

The costs for this shipment will be at your expense and you can choose the courier you prefer, always using a traceable and safe shipment.

Following our confirmation of the conformity of the returned product (intact product), the full amount of the order will be returned within 14 days.

If the product is found to be damaged, you will not be entitled to a refund of the money.

We would like to point out that products which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to expire rapidly, cannot be returned for afterthought.

If the product is damaged and visible from the outside , the goods must not be accepted by the courier and therefore the refusal must be communicated to our customer service.

In the event that it is damaged when opening the package, it is necessary to document it with a photo and send it to the email requesting its intervention.

In this case, all costs are borne by us.

The refund will be processed as soon as we have the information necessary to evaluate the customer's request.
